Product Covered: Patron Point

Your most powerful marketing tool is the one you have the most control over: email. Unlike social media, email is not at the mercy of an algorithm. Use it to your advantage to increase your return on investment! Spokane Public Library has leveled up their email marketing by building their lists, segmenting their audiences, and promoting services and collections in notices, and circulation and website traffic have increased. This session will cover both general tips and specific features the presenters love in Patron Point (powered by Springshare).

Thank you for the wonderful presentation! Here are a couple of questions that we didn't have time to answer live.

Heather asks: With recommended reads emails, can you also add custom lists crafted by our librarians? Or can they only be fully-automated?

Jessica asks: Are there templates to create content?

Hi Heather - I do think you'd be able to add custom lists crafted by your librarians.

Jessica - there are basic templates you can start with or you can also design your own template and save it so that all your emails have a similar look and feel.
