Feature Request: add third tab for library-created templates Use Case: to better manage templates used by library staff, clearly separates library-branded templates from system generated ones Feature Request: adjust the organization of templates by last modified date vs alphabetical (or give dropdown menu to adjust how…
Feature Request: Add the ability for the LibCal Events Feed to bring over the Featured Image for an event into the platform. Currently, the feeds do not capture that data when linking to LibCal's Events Module, so adding the ability to Display that for event emails would be greatly beneficial.
It would be helpful to have a way to reorder entire columns in the email builder. I use a three-column layout for upcoming events, and I often find myself needing to update the order of these events. When this happens, I end up manually dragging each element to the next column (which can take a bit of time). There is a…

Thanks for your patience! 04/10/2026 1 PM - US Region - LibConnect Pro - Product Temporarily Unavailable - Quick Update: Our developers are still working on this issue, but we are seeing some sites come back online. On the main LibCal Events webpages, very long event descriptions are truncated. However, when the events are fed into event feeds in Patron Point/LibConnect Pro, the whole description is shown. Our system has paused implementing the LibCal Event feeds because what should have been a manageable, easy-to-scroll email section…

Feature request: Update the links in the Click Counts section of an email to reflect the selected date range, to show accurate links for the specific event feed email that was sent during that date range. We are planning server maintenance March 21-22, 2026 which will require as much as 5 minutes of down time for LibStaffer, LibInsight, LibConnect. Additionally, for Canada / Europe / Asia-Pacific regions, LibWizard is affected. There are no changes required on your side. This is simply a notification of the expected down…

Feature Request: Count clicks on events that appear in non-LibCal event feeds. Use case: Libraries check the number of clicks each event received as part of their reporting to help decide if they need to continue to hold that event (along with attendance, of course). As of now, though, if the library is using a feed from…
It's already been two weeks since we caught up with our library friends at PLA in Minneapolis! Connecting with libraries from all over the country and hearing about their innovative ideas is truly a highlight of the year for us. If you couldn't make it to PLA this year, have no fear – we're sharing some of the highlights on the blog today!
Libraries are busy, complex places. They're also places where the Wi-Fi goes down at the worst possible moment, a patron leaves a rather spirited note, and somehow the third-floor bathroom light has been flickering for six weeks. Managing a library means managing a never-ending stream of issues – big, small, and everything in between. And for many libraries, the current approach is some combination of sticky notes, emails, and a healthy dose of hoping for the best. It doesn't have to be that way.
Librarians are particularly skilled at not just sharing information but making that information come to life! The LibWizard Community celebrates that skillset and the spirit of collaboration. We highlighted a few excellent shared resources in a blog post last month, and now we're back with even more examples!
Happy Spring! The rain is falling, the crocuses have popped out of the ground, and we have a new bouquet of fresh features to share. These features will be live in all regions by the end of the day on Friday, April 10, 2026.
