Hi all!

2025-02-6 12:45 PM ET: We should be in the clear now with the reported issues involving LibGuides' language tokens in blog emails not showing correctly and any issues with LG pages going offline.

Let know if you see otherwise!

2025-02-6 7 AM AM ET: Reopening this as it seems like there still might be some lingering issues regarding the language tokens and new blog post emails that go out to users. We're getting our developers to look into this.

2025-02-6 12:55 AM ET: Our developers have implemented a fix, and your sites should begin coming back online, free of Language Key errors. Please let us know if you experience any issues.

2025-02-6 12:30 AM ET: Our latest update to LibGuides went out to the AU region and EU region just a short while ago, and we seem to have hit a snag that is causing Language keys to break and start showing up as [212] or something similar.

We've also had reports of the public side pages of LibGuides throwing Error 500s.

Our developers are currently working on a fix, and I will update this post once we have more information.

    Yes, thank you. And timing was awesome as many of us in Eastern Australia were just packing up for the day. A fix 5 mins before finishing time.😊

    Don't know if this is related but we are seeing a template error on our new A-Z page since around 9:30am when we filter by subject. Have reported it to Helpdesk. Ticket ID: 369223

    I sent you a ticket reply, but I'll let it be known here that the issue in your screenshot was only happening for our EU clients and should get hotfixed pretty soon. :)

    we have a similar problem in libanswers, we can't reply to any of our tickets !
