In 2023, GPL transitioned from Eventkeeper to LibCal for managing museum passes, aligning with their existing use of Springshare products. The switch streamlined pass management in one central location. LibCal Equipment facilitated an easy setup of passes on categorical and item levels, offering an online reservation system with predefined policies and restrictions. Patrons can reserve passes months ahead and once instructed, manage reservations at their convenience on their own devices.

Hi @Springy_Meg, the process can be a bit laborous for patrons, so we often help them the first time they make a digital pass reservation. Most patrons, however, prefer a physical pass.
