- The service degradation that was experienced in LibApps, LibAuth, LibWizard, LibInsight, and LibConnect on 2025-08-19 was due to a DDoS (Distributed Denial of Service) attack on our servers. While our Security and Server teams continue to monitor for any further attacks, the main cause of this issue was resolved on 2025-08-19 by 04:51 PM ET.
- The service degradation that was experienced in Patron Point had a different cause that is detailed in the Patron Point Category post here. The Patron Point service degradation issues were resolved on 2025-08-20 by 2:00 AM ET.
- If you have any continued issues that seem related to these outages, please submit a ticket to Springshare Support.

- Patron Point service was restored at approximately 2:00AM.
- All Springshare Product services are now restored and being monitored by our Development teams.

- LibConnect experienced a brief service degradation at approximately 3:35PM ET, but is now recovering, and being monitored.
- Patron Point service degradation is still being investigated at this time.

- Patron Point, LibApps, LibAuth, LibWizard, and LibInsight were primarly affected by this outage.
- Note: The LibApps outage affects access to All Springshare Products.
- Performance is recovering in LibApps, LibAuth, LibWizard, and LibInsight.
- We are continuing to monitor performance for further updates.
- Patron Point service degradation is still being investigated at this time.
2025-08-19 02:17 PM ET - US Region - All Springshare Products - Degraded Performance/Website Down Issues: We are currently seeing degraded performance and website down reports for all Springshare Products in the US. All Springshare Product teams are working on getting these errors resolved as quickly as possible. We apologize for any confusion or frustration this downtime is causing.
