So, I love LibWizard and am happy to use it for lots of things. I was wondering if you decided to use something OUTSIDE of your LMS because of limited access to campus systems for new students - not because of any limitations in the LMS itself or of features in LibWizard. We are encountering problems of putting our orientation for new students into our LMS because - being new students - they do not have access to some of the logins / emails / systems and processes that make it easy for them to do the orientation in the LMS. Also, I was wondering HOW you embedded the LW tutorials into your LMS.

@Cybrarian Our students don't start the orientation until they have been accepted to the University and the first thing that happens is setting up their email.

When I completed the tutorial, I shared the link and embed code with our D2L IT specialist who did the embedding. I gave him both the url and code since I wasn't sure what he needed to work his magic.

Here is the link to our associated LibGuide https://national.libguides.com/orientation_tutorials

In it is the powerpoint, storyboard template and links to copies to all the tutorials we created.

    Enjoy!
