Day 2 - Evolving the Digital Library
Session information: https://training.springshare.com/c.php?g=1324976&p=9796357
Tec de Monterrey, a private university across Mexico and Latin America with 100K+ students, stands out for innovation. Adapting services and resources based on patron feedback, we've excelled using LibGuides CMS for 5 years. Addressing diverse library needs (high school to research levels), we'll showcase how LibGuides and LibCal aided our evolution and user engagement.

Here are some questions from the session that we didn’t have time to answer live:
- Once the decision was made to use LibCal, what were or are the challenges to launch throughout all of the campuses?
- How has the use of LibCal and/or LibGuides CMS improved your internal workflow in creating content for your users?

Hi everybody!
I'd like to answer the question regarding content creation: In our system almost every librarian has a regular role so almost everybody can create their own guides and use them as sand boxes or simple playgrounds.
If a campus or team wants their content to be published, it is reviewed by a commitee to analyze if it meets the requirements described in our guidelines.
Some librarians play with codes they find around the web, some have fun with animations or other contents.
This has helped us define and improve our general guidelines.
