Many of our applications utilize a Content Delivery Network (CDN) provided by Cloudflare to ensure optimal performance and efficient content delivery. This infrastructure supports the display of information in products such as LibInsights, among others.
Current Issue: Cloudflare is currently experiencing a service outage that is impacting CDN functionality. As a result, you may observe the following symptoms:
- Content appearing incorrectly formatted or styled
- Partial or complete failure of content to display
- Visual anomalies in the user interface
Important Note: Please be assured that your data remains secure and intact on our servers. The issue is limited to content display only; no data has been lost or compromised.

Once Cloudflare resolves the incident, all content should automatically restore to normal display without any action required on your part.
