6/10/24 Springshare Information Sites Down -- RESOLVED
2024-06-11 8:34 AM ET: The issue with our websites was fixed by our vendor at some point during the night. The general Springshare site — springshare.com — and all of its domains are now loading. Thank you for your patience!
2024-06-10 3:45 PM ET: Our website vendor is still working to resolve the issue that took down so many of the Springy domains earlier this morning. They are working on a fix, but there is no ETA on when they will be back.
Our Help Center site is working without issue.
We will update this post as soon as we have more information.
2024-06-10 9:30 AM ET: Our website vendor has identified the source of the issue regarding many of the Springy domains going down earlier. They are working on a fix, but there is no ETA on when they will be back.
2024-06-10 5:43 AM ET- All Regions - While all client sites are functioning normally, our web host is having issues causing our informational websites to be down. This includes our website and its subdomains such as the blog, the pay portal, and SpringyU (specifically the video content). This issue is being investigated and does not affect client sites.
