1/23/2026 9 AM ET - Hi everyone! Sometime around 1 or 2 am ET, Microsoft gave the all-clear for this outage.
You should've received any missing emails that you were expecting by now from us in Support or any of our apps. :)

01/22/2026 4:50 pm ET- Hi all, we have an update from Microsoft that I shared in the following comment:
Hopefully, this means the worst of the issue has been resolved, and emails will start getting delivered to you soon.
We have been receiving your emails and replying to them, but you're just not getting them. :(
Our email utility will also try to resend emails once services are restored, so it is possible that you will get MFA emails for tokens that have already expired.
01/22/2026 3:30 pm ET - Hi all - There is an outage from Microsoft that is preventing the email MFA tokens from being sent out currently.
This is also impacting confirmation emails from LibCal from being delivered to folks, and notification emails from LibAnswers are also failing.

We are watching for updates from Microsoft to see when services will be restored. For now, there might not be much you can do for logging in unless you're able to change to an authentication app.
If your LibApps admin is not able to log in to change this MFA option, let us know, and we can help! :)
