2/23/2026 - US Region - All Products - 5:15PM ET - The Springshare Server team has identified and isolated the source of the DDoS attack, and access to LibApps (and all Springshare Products) has now been restored.

2/23/2026 - US Region - All Products - 4:14PM ET - LibApps DDOS Service Disruption
We are currently managing a Distributed Denial of Service (DDOS) attack that is causing service disruptions to LibApps. This service disruption affects all products since LibApps is required to login and access all Springshare Products.
We will post additional updates in this thread when we have them.
