2025-03-25 4:00 PM - Hi all! We're officially calling this as resolved, and this is the all-clear from us about this issue. Let us know if you happen to notice anything else acting funky. :)

2025-03-25 1:00 PM - Our developers have begun the process of pushing out the patch to this issue through the various server regions. Functionality might not be restored immediately during this time. It might take upwards of an hour before all LibGuides sites are able to fully edit Assets. We will continue to monitor things before we give the all clear.

2025-03-25 8:00 AM - Hi all! There's currently an issue with editing Databases (Legacy interface, not new) and Assets in LibGuides. This issue is occurring across all of our server regions, and our developers are working on a fix.

    Can you add the time zone to these messages, at least in the post title? e.g. 2005-03-25 9:00 AM PDT.

    It's hard to know when these incidents start and end when we don't know what time zone it refers to.

    I did not get notifications for updates to the original post—is that a setting I need to adjust? Looks like I'm following new posts and new comments for the category.

    Otherwise, if edits aren't pushed out as notifications, then any updates should probably be added as a comment as well to make sure users are notified. @lucyclifford's suggestion of adding the time zone is a good idea too!

    I also didn't receive notifications of edits to this post. I can't recall if I've seen them for others in this board, to be honest.

    Hi @lucyclifford - I totally whiffed the ball on adding timezones. That's entirely my mistake. If I do forget to add them again, assume we're talking about ET/EST for the US.

    @jhowardfnu and @amartel I don't believe notifications get sent out when I make updates to the body of the post. What I can do is make a comment in the thread whenever I post an update in order to trigger that alert.
