2025-03-31 10:00 AM ET- All Regions - LibAuth/SSO log in Issues: Hi all - We were alerted this morning to an issue regarding our LibAuth servers across all regions, and that is causing logging in via your SSO portals to throw errors and/or not work at all.

If you need us to turn off the "Remove SSO-only authentication for LibApps" setting so that you can still login to the admin side with your local username/password, please submit a ticket: https://ask.springshare.com/ask

If you are requiring users to sign in through your SSO portal during this time, they may also experience issues. For continued access, please turn off your LibAuth login requirement for these services.

Hi there — we're not fully restored here at University at Albany — users are still getting "External Authentication Failed" error complaining about the email address. I'm still able to log in and have turned off LibAuth for the admin side. We have forms that we restrict access to using LibAuth — are these affected at all?
