2025-02-07 5:40 AM ET - The issue might be resolved in AU for LibGuides but our EU clients are now seeing similar issues for the same error in LibAnswers. Our developers will be addressing this as quickly as they can.
2025-02-06 6:15 PM ET - Our developers have deployed a fix that should resolve this issue.
2025-02-06 6:00 PM ET: We are experiencing issues with LibGuide's rich text features in the AU region and possibly in the EU region as well. You might be experiencing slow loading times when trying to use the RTE or it's not loading at all.
While I unfortunately don't yet have information on when this will be fully resolved, please rest assured that our developers are working hard to get this addressed as quickly as possible.
